Hmm. I can't seem to orgasm during intercourse...if I do...it's with use of a vibrator during sex. Do most women climax JUST from sex? If you do, is there a secret I should know about? A certain position? Any good clitorial gels to stimulate? Do those even work?

There is a way. It is a secret you learn from experience. You see orgasm is a physical thing with men. But women are a little bit more tricky its a mind and body thing both have to be on the same page. Try on top if you are waiting for him you will be sixty by the time you orgasm. On top you can accomplish clitoral and cervical stimulation by a rocking back and forth motion you will have to determine how slow or fast. but again I say you have to be mentally motivated. Good Luck.

Orgasm during sexual intercourse is the best kind of orgasm. You have to put alot of effort into it yourself. You know what you want but he doesn't always. Just let yourself go and enjoy intercourse and forget about creams and vibrators and gadgets. What do you think we did before all that stuff came out? Real sex orgasm is better

if you are looking for a clitoral orgasm while having intercourse, it sounds you are already doing that. intercourse orgasms are different than clitoral. try to be patient and let it happen. don't put too much pressure on yourself or your partner. usually non-clitoral orgasm take longer unless you and your partner are experienced in each others bodies and likes and dislikes. it also doesn't sound like you enjoy sex unless you reach orgasm. sex can be very enjoyable without reaching a climax. once you realize this it will lessen the pressure you put on yourself as well as your partner.

I have a history of miscarriage (twice in a row) and wasn't told that at all. IF a woman has had miscarriages due to a weak cervix (not the most common cause) THEN it makes sense not to intentionally bang into that cervix with a penis. But in a healthy pregnancy without such issues sex really is harmless.

YES, YOU CAN HAVE A GOOD ORGASM DURING SEX.YOU HAVE TO ALLOW YOUR SEX PARTNER ROMANCE YOU IN ORDER TO PREPARE YOU FOR THE TASK AHEAD. HAVING SEX FROM YOUR BACK CAN GIVE A GOOD ORGASM. IF ALL THESE DO NOT STILL GIVE YOU ORGASM THEN CONTACT A PHYSICIAN BECAUSE YOUR VEINS LEADING TO THE CLITORIES MIGHT HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY FAT.
