IT HAS THE 16 PIN EOBD CONECTOR THANKS

you have to short out pin 7 and pin 12 together. this will reset it.

If you go to a garage and ask nicely they guys will have a book they can check (it was those pin no's on my 1980 325) but ask in the garage to make sure, so as not to cause any damage.

BMW warning lights re set when the work is done, my brake warning came on and reset itself after so many hours of driving after the job was done

I'm pretty sure only the bmw garage can do it with their computer!!

GOTO A GARAGE THEY HAVE USUALLY GOT A HAND HELD COMPUTER TO RESET THE SERVICE INDICATOR

try a bmw specalist should be cheaper than the dealer

You can buy a tool to do this its made by snap on.

you need the correct computor and the correct cd disc
