The key is in the term 'well-proportioned'. This implies that nothing about the particular shape is inconsistent with the whole. So full boobs, smaller waist, flared hips can be considered well-proportioned on those grounds, regardless of weight and height. Same for flatter chests and not much bum.
My personal choice? Hourglass, I think it's the most womanly kind of figure [which I consider myself genetically fortunate to have ;-)]. But it's by no means everyone's idea of beauty.

RE:
How would you describe your idea of a well-proportioned lady?
This question is an attempt to find out views held by different cultures on inherent beauty (if you agree) of a lady generously endowed in the right places. I need the answers for a project i'm about to embark upon. Thanks.

I would say a well proportioned lady depends on the type of body she has. If she's short and skinny but looks like she has the world largest @zz, its because her @zz is out of porportion to her skinny frame. So I would say well proportioned would be about 5-6 to 5-9, nice breast and thighs because thats where the @zz starts.

Yah, cause talking crap about someone you've never met is gonna really help. I believe everyone is equal, and you shouldnt say bad things about people. Lady gaga is really nice cause she supports LGBT and has helped millions of girls everywhere feel better about themselves. Look at her websites and you'll see how inspirational she is ^-^

Bust and hips look balanced. If she has large bust, she will also have large hips and preferably small waist. HTH : )
