Hi I took my 3 daughters out around the local estate-But before we went out we had a t-party-It was nice cos they didn't know I was doing it for them-
It's the first halloween since I separated from my ex-He was violent-And he missed out big style cos we all had loads of fun.
Even the baby was dressed up !!!!!!!!!

I don't agree with Halloween, all it is is giving kids an excuse to go round begging for sweets, i bet if you said trick they either wouldn't know what to do as they are so spoiled and are expecting strangers to of bought sweets for them or you would find later your car has been egged and floured! If you are old or live alone trick or treaters can be intimidating. I think the best thing is if kids must do it then only go to houses that have decorations up or pumpkins outside so then you know the people that live there are up for it, leave the darkened houses alone, they are clearly hiding from you!

There's no celebration for Singaporeans. We merely chill out for parties in clubs and pubs! The most is people get dressed up as a dracula and mickey mouse etc and I find some of them so amusing coz they looked more like working as a MASCOT! That's our way of celebrating Halloween!

Yes, i took my 2 1/2 year old trick or treating, it was her 1st time. She thought it was great knocking on someones door and getting sweets. Tried to explain its only once a year!!!
She dressed up as a spider and looked great, Will definately do it again.

well we carved pumpkins about two weeks ago. so they were mouldy for tonight, but I guess that just made them scarier, right? we just went around to a friends house and hung around and then had dinner and ice cream cake (it's also one of their birthdays) while giving out candy whenever they came to the door. and then we went and looked at this house not too far away that went all out for halloween (they started working on it a month ago) and then went to the park to set off fireworks. it was fun.

No i didn't but I can't believe in this day and age adults encourage children to ask for sweets off strangers, we spend all year telling them the dangers and yesterday I noticed even in Switzerland the children are starting this American tradition. Dangerous if you ask me, maybe I should stick all the children in a big sack and dump them back on their own doorsteps. maybe then the parents will realise not everyone in this world is friendly to children.
