Well, they can want in one hand and poo in the other and see which one gets full faster, then I'd have to go to jail.
First of all, if it was that close to the power lines, I'd have gotten a pro to cut it down, just in case it did fall on the lines and I wouldn't have been responsible for it.
Got to cover your behind in this day and age. lol
