The date on which he is born will govern his star sign. It won't however have any impact on how he turns out.

Due dates are just a guess, and are usually out by up to 14 days either side so its the birth date that governs a star sign. I was born 2 weeks late and happily ended up a pisces.

I read something about this a while ago in a magazine. Someone wrote to an astrologer asking the same question. The astrologer said that it is the date you are born that governs your star sign not a due date.

Children are born when they are meant to be born their name is also chosen before you are aware "you" have chosen it. If a child is premature thus falling under a different star sign the sign they are born under "rules" them our paths are mapped out from our soul not from the date we are born, the sign we are born under will influence us in reaching decisions when offered different directions hence the body of the child is born when its meant to be and not by "due dates" etc the soul of the child is "born" way back.

Unquestionably the date which the child enters this Earth, no other. If you are destined to be born on that day you will be never mind what the due date was.

That's really interesting. My best friend was born 2 months early - her birthday is at the end of Nov (making her a Saggitarius) but I think she displays all the signs of being a Capricorn. But maybe we're reading too much into it!

The science theory behind this says that the fluids governing personality in the brain are affected by the mother only while in the womb.
So a child's personality has nothing to do with the POTENTIAL length of time in the womb, only the actual time of the birth. So the child is a Scorpio.
You should check his rising.

I think it's the date you are actually born because I was early and it makes me an Aries. I have all the typical characteristics, moody, firey, artistic. My son was due May 17th and wasn't born until June 1st, don't know if that puts him in a different sign to his due one but you have got me curious now. I'm going to check it out and see how he grows up.

My daughter was due October 24th which would have made her a Scorpio but was born a day earlier 23rd which makes her a Libra. she seems to have more Scorpion traits
