Sure, they are some very good non English films out there.
Subtitles are normally better than voice overs if you really want to watch the film properly, as voice-overs are not always done that well.

Yes, I also love it when I do speak the language and I find the subtitle to be wrong or the dubbing to be off with the subtitles.

I do not like , as in "like" watching movies with subtitle but I can dig it. If I think the movie is good or if my friends say it is good, then I go watch it.

No... I dont like reading and watching at the same time. It takes away from the movie expierence... that Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon movie sucked I walked out in the first 10mins haha...

I prefer it when they speak English. My eyes don't work reliably enough to read subtitles for an hour.

Maybe yes, maybe no. It all depends on the details obtained from Einsteins theory of relativety, when dependant variables are switched with details of the film and you.

I Love foreign movies for the actors, music and story line. I've noticed people that watch foreign films are more open minded and more tolerant.

Yes, it is good to watch movies in other languages, it is interesting to read the sub-titles, I love foreign films for this reason. :)
