In order to paricipate in clinical residency programs, you will need to take the USMLE (US Medical Licensing Exam). The process requires that you have a medical degre from an accredited university and an acceptable English score. Check out the AMA website (American Medical Association) for more information about this process. If you need clinical experience right away, you could work as a medical assistant or nurse assistant. Check out health career websites and contact hospital administrations for more information.

Maybe start out as a CNA or nurse if you have to. Then with experience in the US, you can move up to Doctor. Otherwise you may have to take some classes to qualify. You may want to check with larger local hospitals and see if they know what you would need to be employable as a doctor.
