my boy friend is studying abroad. our relationship is good and we chat almost everyday.
recently, he became a little glacial, e.g chat with me not very often , feel tired... I know he is very busy with his study recently and got exams.
what is he thinking? is he trying to ignore me? what should i do?

Frankly, it is very difficult to make the distance relationship work unless there is a great spiritual bond between two people. One can always find some one else when you are away from your GF. So its upto you to decide whether your BF can stay ALONE, being away from you.
I am not saying that he will fall for someone but there are chances that he may. Its upto you to decide whether he is that trustworthy or not. May be doesn't want to talk to you because he misses you being around whenever he talks to you.

He's either A) Having too much fun to play on the internet.......Or B)Having way too much fun getting to know the girls because he knows that no one can check up on his behavior.

It might be only his work is getting into him, but the implication of it for you is that you are not part of his life very much anymore. Find a new one.

2 possibilities...a)he is getting bored of a long distance relationship...b) he is genuinely busy.....whatever be the situation , its not going to be easy maintaining a long distance relationship...so gear up for some hard times ahead...and may God bless you to cope:)

give him a few days rest and then contact him.
