dear pooja,
if u r really in love go to him and let him know ur feelings about him. i think he will give u a response staight forward. more over if u have told him about ur feelings then ask him if he do or not give him a time limit to think if he want's, but do not let him go on u....
if he do not give u a straight answer it is better to leave he might hurt u in future....

Its better not to play game of "who speak first" in the matter of love. If he is not looking to you, you should go to him, and tell him your feelings about him. And also repsect his decision. he may have some valid reasons.
