He is just an idiot and his words are offensive to me any way he puts it...I don't give two #@$%# what he was talking about or who he was poking fun at, he definitely made ME angry by his remarks as a member of the armed forces...he is educated in politics, and anybody educated in that field knows to strictly watch what you say, so...with that... he knew exactly what he was saying, there was no botched Bush bashing........he is a complete jerk and I DID NOT VOTE FOR HIM

I had the knee jerk reaction that he was speaking about the troops. I paid a little closer attention today and came to the conclusion that he was indeed speaking about Bush and the current Admininstration. What I'm curious about? Did Bush know that too before he went off on Kerry? In other words did he take the opportunity to stoke the fire in a direction he knew was false just to take a jab back at Kerry? It wouldn't surprise me. A more honest answer would have been to say "Yes, I know Kerry was speaking about me and my Administration and here's my answer to him," rather than carrying on as though Kerry was attacking the troops when he knew better. These days I wonder very many things about President Bush.
Kerry should have been clearer, I'll say that much. He should know better than to use language that can be left up to interpretation. His meaning became clear today, but his choice of wording remains unfortunate.

It was disturbing in 2004 that the democrats nominated Kerry as we found out he was also a member of the Skull and Bones group at Yale, along with Bush. The \group is run by Bush Sr. and both men are loyal to Bush Sr. It looked like Kerry took a dive in 2004. Now just before the election, he is back in the news making remarks about the troops in Iraq which just happen to be a boost for the Republican cause. He won't get off the news and we just can't help thinking he is trying to Bering down the Democrats again. His loyalty to Bush Sr. seems to be showing once more.

If you watch the care in which Kerry made that stupid comment you will know for certain that he meant to say exactly what he said.
This man is so bitter that he lost the election and so egotistical that he cannot believe that he cannot outsmart the American public.
Spare us from such a bitter, angry, evil man from further serving our government. His entire life has been a succession of lies. He always spews forth his true feelings and then tries to deny them.

I don't think he meant it the way it sounded. He was remarking on the current administration, not the military.
It was a bad move. He should have considered the way it would sound to the military.

I'm no Kerry supporter ..But it's obvious it was a jab at the current administration.
He meant if the administration would have did their homework and not been so ignorant. We wouldn't be stuck in Iraq.

He means that freeing Iraq has failed and he's right. Bush did not do his "homework" before going through with this and he's just playing around with it now until every Iraqi dies. What a murderer!!!!!
