There is a special cleaner at Home Hardware that comes with a spray and "mop" type thing. It cleans as well as buffs your floor. Swifter and those kinds of things can leave buildup on the laminate and after a few years leave the floor dull. If there is grooves, maybe the pieces werent put together correct or your house shifted or expanded and contracted. You can use a soft toothbrush with the special cleaner, it sometimes works

laminates floor is eay to maintaain just wipe with a tissue with spots remover there is special for laminates and if its crack or something u can easyly change the broken part with the new one.coz its cheap
