It's very like the Princess Di situation. No one believed all that was going on behind the scenes, but when the proof came out, we had to take it on board.
I don't know Paul McCartney, obviously, nor do I know Heather Mills. But I do know that he's too good to be true. Hey, when will we have a hero who doesn't let us down?

No, I don't think that he hit her. There was no bad press at all in his relationship with Linda and their children have never said that there was any violence whilst they were growing up.
I didn't know much about Heather until the publicity recently but there has been a lot in the press about how she made up things before to get sympathy, like she said she had been kidnapped and assaulted when she was younger but that didn't happen to her but did to her best friend.
She also said that she was chucked out of home when she was barely a teenager and had to sleep rough doing whatever to get by but her parents have said that this is completely untrue too.
She stated that she was a successful model when she was in that accident but she was actually a porn star apparently. And her first husband was in the papers at the weekend explaining how she hit him.
Now she's saying she has been hit? I know that you can't believe everything you read in the paper but how come so many different people who are supposed to be supportive of her have come out against what she has said in the past?

Look that is very wrong to say that he could get away with anything because he was apart of the BEATLES, I odnt know then man never met him and I dont really know much about him but I really cant see him hitting her at all and if he did why didnt she come forward before I mean I know that women can be scared but it gets me as soon as the divorce starts and there is money involed the rumors start and what would make it all worse is that there are kids in this situation so if they aint true and then they find him guilty or something he might lose seeing his kids and no one deserves that.

I have always been a fan of Paul & Linda and I am sure they had a healthy, happy marraige, successfully bringing up 4 children. It seems to me that Heather Mills is trying to use anything she can to give Paul a bad press and to up her chances of getting a massive settlement. Obviuosly none of know what happens behind closed doors but I would strongly doubt these allegations, I think that are just fantasy, after all she seems like such a hard faced cow I cannot see her putting up with being hit by am older bloke, or if it did happen I am sure she would have arranged to get some evidence on cctv or such like for when she desided to take him for a shed load. I wish he had never met her and I wish him all the luck in the world, he'll need it with her, she is pure poison.

This situation is happening all the time in every country, it is because they are high profile that IT is getting such big press.
Lets be honest with ourselves if this was the divorce between Mr and Mrs Ordinary would we even care if they battered each other to sleep every Saturday night.
What we have here is a very rich man trying to get rid of someone who thinks she has the right to half his money, do not get me wrong i am not advocating violence of any kind, this is for the Lawyers (we know what they charge) to sort out not the general public, and i have the feeling that she is trying for the public sympathy vote.
If it is true what is being said about her i feel that Sir Paul has been very naive.
Should he pay her? Yes. Half? definitely not, she has not earned or helped Sir Paul earn that much.

You say no one will believe her because he is a Beatle, but it is pretty much universally accepted that John Lennon was not a good husband to Cynthia, and cheated on Yoko. However he was always a darker personality than Paul, and Heather has a long track record of lying: claiming she was abused by her father, claiming she was homeless, claiming she was kidnapped, claiming her mother also lost her leg, claiming she was a highly paid fashion model, and impersonating a journalist with the same name as her. She has a victim complex and is trying to pull him into the gutter with her. McCartney's team will have an embarassment of riches when trying to get witnesses to discredit her.

No way! Paul has always had the reputation for being a great guy, and just look how successful his marriage to Linda was. I have heard many terrible things about Heather and what an awful person she is. Although she still should not get hit. There is no way he hit her though. She is greedy and mean.

And if, who cares? Why is she bringing this up as the divorce is on full scale and the question is on who is to get how much dough? Couldn't be a worse point of time to talk honestly about hurt feelings!

i wouldn't be surprised if he did hit her....but she shouldn't bring Linda into it as she has no chance to respond and it was before her time and nothing to do with her......basically i think heather is a bit of a gold digger. i watched a TV programme about her once and even her own father said she was a liar and that was before all this divorce business.

No way she is a lying greedy woman who may i add said she did not marry him for his money yet when he offered her a 50 million settlement she turned it down and wanted more that doesn't sound like someone who married for love does it? I hope she ends up with nothing as she now has no career left it would be no more than she deserves.
