What excatly i mean is If i made new ID in one computer at one location and send it from another computer at different location. Can he knows the IP address from where the email ID was first made not send?
IT pros help needed.pls

Most email clients has option to see headers where you can see the IP address of the sender, but this does not lead directly to to exact pc where the email came out from, it may lead you back to the proxy server...ISP...etc

Generally, no. It's possible (and not very difficult) to find the IP address of the computer where an email was sent from, but that's it. Just by looking at an email, you can't tell the IP address of the computer where the email account was created.

the ip address is located in the header of all emails

Yes, given the right sotware, we can all be tracked.

Can you catch anyone at this? Probably. Can you prove anything conclusively, probably not.
