I've got a plunging neckline and I don't think that double sided tape that I got at the drugstore is going to be enough to make me feel confident that things aren't going to shift.

You can buy body glue at a stripper shop. You can try the stuff they sell for Haloween costumes, but that is never too reliable either. Other than that - design is really a secret to keep it on. Good desing won't be falling off of you.

Spirit gum is the answer, or maybe rubber cement (similar to spirit gum but the solvents may react adversely with your skin, but it does come off easily.). I was married to a lady who had this problem. She sought out an actor's supply house to get the spirit gum used by the movies. It was remarkable to see her paint herself and then put the dress top in place. She tried double stick tape and while ti worked for a while, became uncomfortable after several hours. The tape itched. Search for a site which caters to the transexual community. These sites will have an adhesive used for securing a prosthetic breast in place, and this is the kind of thing you are looking for to keep your top from doing a Tara Reid exposure...

go to an underwear store, they have this double sided tape stuff its great
