He has all the tools it takes to survive as an NFL QB, and he's surrounded by a great host of players. I think that he still has quite a bit to learn as far as managing a game, but he'll get better at it as he experiences different scenarios. He fires the ball in there, but his accuracy is questionable at times, but he throws well on the run. He sees the field like Matt Hasselback, and has the escape ability of a younger Brett Farve. If he stays around all the talent that he's around right now, he'll become a pro-bowler in 2-3 years.

I'm not basing all of this on last weeks game against the Panthers. I'm basing it on mostly on what I've seen from him in the pre-season and what Parcels thinks of him.

I'd say pretty good. Carolina was a great team, and had a great defense. They held the Bengals to 17 pts after all, and they had a full week to game plan for Tony Romo, and he still completed 67% of his passes for 270 yards. Many people don't realize this is his 4th season under the same system, so he has a strong foundation. I think Parcells has an eye for "potential talent"-see Phil Simms, Jeff Hostetler, and Drew Bledsoe. I know Bledsoe isn't nearly the QB he used to be, but at one time he held the record for most pass yards in a game, it was like 600 or some crazy number like that.

Only time will tell, but if I had to guess based on his performance against a good Carolina defense I would say yes. I think enough of him that I added him to my fantasy football roster anyway...

good - he's had quite a bit of practice, he has quick release he sees the field well, he's better conditioned, much stronger all around than bledsoe much younger - I'd say good chances - he's ready

As good as Drew Brees, Tiki and Martin retiring after this year.
