The ultimate question would be a question that would result in accurate answers to all of the questions that have ever been asked, are asked, and would be asked in the future... which wouldn't be impossible to ask but very much impossible to answer.

the ultimate question is the question that will get you all the answers.
and it could be..."what why when who where is every thing and every one and beyond that?"
you probably wont need to ask any questions after this one because it seems like it includes every thing.

Does god exist?
because if he does, then all other questions are supposed to be answered by him in his word.
If he doesn't, we know that it is up to us to take responsibility and listen to our natural sense of right and wrong and not worry about whether a god approves or not.
