Just wondering what I can do to obtain such a thing. I'd really like the benifits of an ID card issued from one of these states, however, I don't plan on living there anytime soon...

As long as your a resident or have had a mailing address for more than 6 months. You will have to resign your former ID to that State to receive one from the other State though, unless your an illegal immigrant.

You'll have to establish residency in either Arizona or Nevada to obtain an ID. It's the law, dude!
