Femininsts and many women in general say women don't get paid the same as men for the same job. I don't understand how that works. Do they mean a man who controls the money sits behind a desk and says, "yep, she's a woman so I'll pay her less". Is it some how written in the rules or laws some where? It doesn't make any sense why that would be the case or what purpose it would serve to do that to women. It makes as much sense as doing this to people with a uni-brow.
I haven't seen any undenable proof that this happens. Every time someone tries to prove it, they don't prove anything and instead they just simply say it happens, which is usless information for me. I need to know the facts, the proof.
Every where I've worked women got paid the same as any man would get paid. So, can someone please prove that women get paid less to be true in a logical undeniable manner?
The only thing I HAVE noticed is how the more attractive you are, the better treated you are in business.

I need undenialable facts, not sexist, illogical, blind emotionally biased statements. That only shows me these claims were ignorant from the beginning.

In the past that was true that women were less able to generate a reasonable living wage. I don't see that as a problem today. Men and women are entering the work force with the same education and while I do think that there is still a "good old boy" mentality, most women are able to compete with men in many areas of employment and receive the same pay. I was a class A welder at a factory so that I could afford to support my son. I made the same pay rate as the guy's I worked with and did the same work. I got tired of damn near killing my self on a daily basis so I went to college and got a degree in nursing. I am a managing RN for a hospice and I make more money than many men I know. So, I am not sure who is still complaining, but it's not me. Have a good one.

That same Bible says that men and women are equal in the Lord and that men should be willing to sacrifice their very lives for their wives. I don't know about you, but I don't have a problem deferring to a man who loves me enough to put my needs before his own. Marriage is a give and take partnership in the Bible, not a one-sided power trip. As for the teaching and authority portion, God has given authority to both men and women in the church; he simply expects that there be order within those responsibilities and that neither gender usurps the place of the other. Women have equally important roles in the church; those roles simply do not include teaching the men. Men need a certain type of instruction, authority, and mentoring relationship that only comes from a fellow man. The same is true with women and fellow women. I don't have a problem with that, and that certainly does not make me an inferior member of the Body of Christ.

indeed i have seen that if women are more attractive they do get better pay not because of qualifications just looks.there are jobs that are taken by females that should be handled by their male counterparts but a pretty face will turn many heads. however there are women that are over qualified that do get jobs that would pay more if they were a man.women need to be recognized for their contributions to the world and paid the same for what they know and can do.i have worked in many fields but i have never seen a female shovel a ditch or take on a job of operating a jack hammer.

There are many jobs that men and women do and the man will get paid more. It isn't fair and the main reason it is done is because a lot of men cannot deal with the fact that a woman can do the same job as he can.have you ever noticed,while driving some men cannot stand to have a woman pass him,they will speed up just to prevent her from pa-sing.Those men have a problem accepting the fact that most women can out do him whit what ever the task may be! I call it the SMS small man syndrome

In asia women get more than a man. I am not sure about rest of the world.
