i have a nano 2 gb player , its ok but i used to have a creative mp3 player and i think it was better,
1-with the creative you can transfer music to/from without the itunes software(meaning from any computer,cd etc)
2- you dont need to carry the special plug around, the mp3 player fits into any usb plug
while the nano needs a special extension.
3-cheaper
4-easy to use also as flash (memory transfer)
one positive point for the nano is the battery life and the sound quality.

thats really personal preferrence , there are many other MP3 players with more features and ease of use , some of ipods features such as FM receiver are already in Mp3 player while for Ipod you have topurchase additional equipment however for storage you cant beat the Ipod

iPod is just Apple's brand of MP3 players.
If you buy music from iTunes Music Store, then I suggest you get an iPod. Otherwise, you're better off getting a player from another company like Creative because you'll save money.

It is not an mp3 player, it is a DAP, a Digital Audio Player, which can play multiple file formats. If you want to get a really good DAP, I suggest something from Cowon.

get yourself the sony psp, you can watch movies listen to music play video games... and is the same price as an ipod...and in the ipod you cant do all this stuff so...
