I don't understand what a jumper dress is, but you can wear a belt with anything you want.

FOR ME JUMPER DRESSES ARE NOT FASHION TRENDS BECAUSE IN OUR COUNTRY ALMOST ALL OF THEM DON'T USE JUMPER BUT I DO IF I HAVE A JUMPER
