my girlfriend always tells me that she does not like to change the position while having sex because it is painful when you change. i dont feel confortable anymore having it with same position...

its sometimes painful for the girl to change positions while you are still in her, I know because sometimes it hurts specially if its a whole 180! Im not sure thats what you mean. Try taking it out before you flip her over and tell her that you will start off slowly and if it starts to hurt you will stop (and keep your word if it does hurt cuz then you wont convince her ever again!) then start slowly and softly and once she sees its all good then handle it! :0 hope she gets with the program

Maybe she has never had it in another position experimenting can be a lot of fun... but I have never had it to be painful... Sounds like your position might be you on top maybe she doesn't know what to do or something... can't really answer that...
