Divine Love.... that is beautiful. no its not a thing of the past why do you think most of these people are on these computers. They are searching. & the funny thing is most of them dont even know it. I'm 19, thats not very old in this system and Ive been searching since I was 12 years old for divine love, I dont think it will be a perfect fairytale but as the bible says,...Love is Enduring,...Love Never fails. I would want a love that is unbreakable, let your yes mean yes, & when you say I Do....& I Will Always Love You Know Matter What Happens, And I Will Do Everything In My Power, Everything That My Body Physicaly & Emotionaly Will Alow Me To Do To Make You Happy For The Rest Of Our Lives.... sorry kinda got carried away. But this is what Divine Love means to me, I take these matters seriously, because I do believe in devine love. Good Enough?------to {clcalifor}-I think youre wrong. You CAN have the most sicere, honest, & divine love for someone and not have then love you back. And that isnt stupid, becides, if you arent willing to sound stupid then you dont deserve to be in Love. as long as your going into a relationship knowing the other person is not perfect, and you can live with that. than Im with mr.madhu,... Divine Love IS and ALWAYS will be Real,..... P.S. Rutherfor whoever you are you aint no bethelite and you should be ashamed of yourself. now that is Good Enough!

I think there is still love in a sincere manner. Divine love ...yes, it is there. Love is part of giving everything without expecting anything. We all do that to a degree. We all learn that love hurts too. We get conditioned. We learn to withhold and be protective of our hearts. Sometimes so protective that we miss out on real love. I think God is the only one who can give us divine love. As humans we all have faults to degrees that the partner has to decide what he can live with and let it go. That is giving without expecting anything to a different degree. You give in to the person's faults as part of your love for them and you don't expect them to change...so, you are getting nothing back...expect maybe some peace of mind knowing that you are giving with sincerity. Very deep question! lol

Loving someone with every fiber of your being is what I would consider to be true love. Too many times in this day and age, love is equated with what you can get from the other person. To me, that is not what love should be. Love should be 2 people living and working together to make a lasting relationship, full of communication, caring, and compassion. The 2 people should feel as if the other completes them. Of course, they should be individuals, but I think you get the idea.

NO NO that is not the defination of love.
It is a misconception. It is the fairytale version of an illusion that is handed down from generations to generations.
Love isn't true love unless it comes from both people.
One sided love is delusional and downright stupid. Although it does explain why there are so many marriages that break up once the fairy dust setttles.

yes! i think. maybe. i know i do. love is when you cant sleep when something is bothering the person you love, especially if its you or something you did. its when youd give or do anything to make them happier, or make thier day better even if there was nothing wrong to start with. its when you wake up next to them, and dont want to breathe, because they might wake up to notice you noticeing how beautiful they are. its when youd eat nothing but ramen noodles for a month straight to get through the hard times, and go salsa dancing and dining in the good. corny as all that sounded, i know that I KNOW what love is, but unfortunatly, it is so one sided these days.

No, my fiance and I have that. We simply adore each other. We never can tell each other enough, we run to each other like it was the first time everytime, it is a wonderful feeling. A relationship developed on trust, friendship, loyalty and devotion is what we have. It makes the whole word seem like such a different place. It is truly amazng.

Everyone has the capacity to love sincerely. It's our own foolish decision not to.
