-You can roast and eat them or
-You can through them in a corner of your garden in late spring. After they sprout and reach about 6-7 inches in height pull them out and use them as a green manure (compost) in your garden.

Here is a recipe if you want to roast them

Separate the seeds from the pumpkin or squash flesh. Wash them well in a big bowl of water and rubbing them between your hands. Spread them on paper towels to dry.
Turn on your oven and set it to 375 F or 190C.
Per 1 cup of clean pumpkin seeds, you will need: 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of salt.
Cover seeds with oil and mix well. Spread seeds in a single layer onto a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle salt onto seeds. Experiment with your favorite seasoning salts.
Spicy seeds 1/2 teaspoon thyme and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Savory seeds 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

You might as well roast all the seeds. These are seeds from hybrid plants and the fruits you will get from the saved seed will not resemble the squash you had. Seeds from hybrids do not "come true." I understand your desire not to waste anything - so eat ALL those seeds!

You can either roast them in your oven or dry outside and plant next year if you like them. Good luck!

Yes. But why would you bother to grow something you don't like, sounds like a waste of ground to me.
