my daughter get married next month besc she's now pregnant but not in legal age.The consulate asked me to make parental consent in marriage and sign it but i dont know how to do it. any help?

Contact the consulate again and they will help you!!!! However I encourage your daughter to wait until she is of legal age!!! She is still a child and it is hard enough to take on the new role of mother plus now a wife too!!!
Sounds like a recipe for divorce in a few years from now!!
Remember that is only my opinion on marriage for the young!!! I do not know what your personal beliefs might be and I would not wish to disrespect any of your cultural traditions or religious beliefs!!
