Lately I have so stressed out and thinking to much I dont know what to do like I havent had a friend in years and i finally got one but she doesnt call and I have been thinking about my life and how its gonna be in the future if its gonna be good or not im just so sad lately and im starting to worry to much about my future what do I do I think way to much and I never get anything done what can i do about the friend problem and the stress problem.

well the way your acting now...dont act like that around your firend....the key to keeping friends is being a fun guy or girl to be around...just be yourself and have a smile and have fun when around her...she cant resist your good sense then....and about being so depressed...I used to kind of be the same way and time to time i will be but i always remember this one thought someone told me and it helps me out.............no matter how bad things are they always get better....think of every fun day you ever had...there'll be more of those in the future...and if your not here you'll miss out on them...you could meet the hottest partner...hit the lottery...have an amazing job ...tons of friends...any of that stuff can happen pretty much over night...just look forward to it and enjoy the ride...even if for now your just sitting alone at home...go make a myspace account and get some friends to talk to or something ya know...

I completely understand your situation. It is, however, not uncommon. It should not matter what other people think or say or do, because at the end of the day the only opinion that matters in how you live your life is your own. We all go through stress each and every day, and it is how we each handle that stress that makes the difference. A long time ago, I decided that I am to be my own friend first. I decide what my life is going to be like. Sure it is nice to have friends to bounce ideas off of, and to do things with, however, be secure in yourself, and in your own skin first. Think of having friends as adding to your live, not defining your life.

You didn't put your age. But here goes I known what it is like to be friendless(suck big time) but in every day it is a new chapter in your life. (check this out for 7 days) no day is the same may rain?, sun? you may cry? or cry. your have some thing different every min. of your life. thats is what has keap me going and I am 60 yrs. old. and still trying to looking forward for the the next day to be the same in (EVERY WAY it was yesterday) not going to happen. every min. everyhour and day is different) hang in there and watch. good luck my friend

Build an army of friends and be helpful and sincere to everyone. Being a chat=ritable think of someone else type of person first will help you develop lasting relationships. Do not put pressure on one person to be your friend. Be yourself and be nice to everyone. Having one best friend is cool but having only one friend is not enough for you daily supplement to grow strong bones 12 ways :)))

you need more friends here is good start and to stress of future not worth it . you need to call friend but do not be over bearing let your friendship work get to know some of your friends friends hang out. go places and meet more people.

start the day with a prayer...and with a smile on your face!!! don't think about something/someone that you lost... give your self a break and find time to realize what is really your plan in life!!!
