then make sure that u wish her first by keeping her mob engaged with ur cal from 11:30 in the night n wish her at sharp 12... next send her a message for every 10 minutes... if possible know her SCHEDULE and try to be there where ever she comes out with her family n make sure that only she watches u... remember it should be a surprise to her... You are the best person to know how to celebrate her birthday because you alone knows what she values most, anyway here are some tips, i hope it would help you.
1. Throw a surprise party
2. Then after the celebration, go out to somewhere else private walk in the park , or stay in the garden and just spend the time together
3. Tell her how much you love her.
If you think this won't do , then think of something else she wanted dearly and that would be your birthday gift. The gift does not matter, i'm sure what will matter most is that you are there with him. So don't think of expensive gifts.. Be there to personally greet her and tell her how much you love her.

You have not mentioned here that her family members know you or not. Anyways you can celebrate her birthday before or after the original date. Its not necessary to celebrate the birthday on date but its just the moments you both spend together. Check it , it works

Nice to hear that you care for the Bday of your GF, dear there is not only one way to celebrate the bday by attending the discos and night pub, you can wish her in the day also, if she have permission to go out in day, then offcourse you can celebrate her bday with you, and can shower a gifts on her, if she is not able to come out with you, then you can send a gift through any of her friend to whom you recognised, and you can do a wish by fone. but if she can come out with you in the day, then i think there is no need to tell you more. so dear celebrate her bday, and let me know did you celebrate the bday, my email is anu_w_2002@yahoo.com.

i are not getting it - why did he cancel? is this something he does lots on specific events? collect some good acquaintances and pass have dinner and beverages and dance, have some harmless relaxing. in the experience that your guy isn't around, then you definately can't be expected to sit down homestead and knit a sweater, honey.

wish her at night at sharp 12 and then in the morning send her flowers with a poem on a card and dont write your name on it. then do something awsom which will bring a smile on her face. and at night taker her to dinner on a beach, at the edge so your feet are in the water and eat and then walk on the beach and then just a sweet kiss will end the date. and plz plz pzl mail me and tell me what u did? plz

if possible send her a cute bouquet having the same number of roses as her age. and with that send her a nice card/message sharing all ur feelings for her. she could be flattened if u cud remember and tell her all the beautiful moments and dates u spend together and what u all did.... write the lyrics of her favourite song and message her.
