That is because we have a very submissive society where anything goes as long as everone is happy. no standards,no guidelines,no rules, no morals. Maybe if teachers acted like teachers and like authority figures they would gain more respect from their students. This does not mean all teachers are this way. Most teachers in America are respectible and have morals. But their are more teachers out their that are more concerned with being the students friend then their mentor. As far as the students, I do believe that dress codes are needed in schools and workplaces in America. There is a place and a time for inappropiate clothing. Nothing wrong with tight clothing and nothing wrong with short skirts and big loop earrings, but not on the job if you are a teacher. Save it for that hot date on Saturday night. I am not offended by your remarks, but I do notice that this is not just a problem in America. And one more thing, I really do not care what the teacher is wearing is she is doing her job right. That is my personal feeling. Teen smoking is not as big a problem as it used to be,because teens are more educated on the hazards of smoking. So I disagree with you there. Now teen pregnancy is a BIG problem ALL over this world. I do not know where you are from but It is the parents responsibility to teach their teens birth control and protection. We need to teach our kids more about abstinenece. Now this isn't just a problem in the USA ..It is a World wide problem. Some countries allow woman to breed children like rabbits and they can't even care for them. Just have sex anywhere anytime with anyone. Anyway, that is just my opinion.

I live in MN and even when its -40 you still see it, and yes its sad that it is in the schools, it tells the kids thats its ok for them to do it. Guess you really cant tell your kids no when they look at you and say miss so and so does it. I think that if the teacher is doing this they should be told by the parents what it is doing to the kids. I guess if my kids teacher dressed like that I would say something.

It's very true, It's sad really. There's nothing that turns me off more than when a girl dressed is like a hooker. I can't stand it. It shows they have no self-respect or any class at all. I don't get turned on by stupid sluts trying to look sexy but really they look like ****.

No. There are lots of modest girls who avoid all this crap. They marry good men, who also avoid all this political crap.
