I sincerely agree with you. Actions can speak louder then words. It is always best to listen and with hold your ego so you can speak with intelligent of what you know is correct.

I usually do listen unless someone asks my opinion, then I tell them what I believe. I have always been that way, that is why so many people have told me that I am a good listener and they value my opinion.

i guess if i have nothing good to say, i would sit and see rather than saying something stupid and ends up with everybody hates my guts.
sometimes when everybody's talking and nobody's listening, the conversation is useless.

I prefer to not give my opinion to others. I usually disagree and don't want to cause confrontation. To me, it's not about ego, it's about avoiding drama.
