what do you think about catholic priests. they say that they havve to stay single. yet some have even kids in secret...and some have hidden wifes. if you were the pope would you allow them to get married or would let them continue in the way of hypocrisy which is not good in the eyes of god? what do you think?

let them get married if they want. they can still serve God while maintaining a family life.

In my opinion: Anyone who abuses little boys is sick, and being married wouldnt fix that. Also, I don't know a whole lot about the catholic religion, but I think it's some sort of sin for priests to get married. And the pope isn't 'allowing' them to be perverts, I mean, if I priest gets caught doing something illigal, he goes to prison.

I don't about priests who got married but I know about married people with kisd who became priests. And I don't think having a family means that you moving away from God and cannot be as holy as people who stay single. Legal marriages and kids only means that you have the opportunity to influence more people and bring them closer to God, all the time.

I think that they should have different orders which would allow priests to make different commitments so they could marry if they wanted to, however if they break the vows they do make then they should not be allowed to continue. I think the catholic church has to do something otherwise they won't have any priests.
