I would think so, but if you were a kid, wouldn't you rather have someone else do your homework for you than do it yourself?

I do not think they should get others to do their homework for them but surely they have more than 1 maths problem to do per night. I do not mind showing how to do one and then they have learnt something and can go and try it with the others. I work the problems out for them showing them what to do and do not just give them the answer. They can then see how its done and apply it to other problems. Maybe they are home alone and have nobody to ask etc.

Evidently, some like their homework done for them by those of dubious merit.

Thats such an open ended question. There really is not point in discussing this, some do - some don't. Thats life as it is. Just as like asking if some adults are morons and some aren't.

yes they do, and those that get it done for them are proactively practising for middle and upper management - don't do it yourself, delegate!
