Please help,I'm 62 and disabled and have never yet gotten any help from my deceased father's trust which spesificly calls for help in times of need, bad health etc. my mother's in a home with alzheimers and i can't find out if she's still the main trustee and i fear my siblings are looting the trust. my three siblings refuse to answer phone calls and letters and i thik that's a pretty good indication that something's amiss.

Under almost all circumstances, yes. Though Trust and Estates law varies by state, one principal across all states is that a beneficiary is entitled to an accounting.

You should consult a Trust and Estates attorney in your local area.

Any good probate or estate lawyer could tell you what your rights are and they should be able to help or do things for you if you dont know or can not do them for you.

Your 62 and your mother is still alive. OH MY!! if she has alzheimer I dought she is still the main trustee.

I do not think your siblings can have acess of any more money then they are aloud. What money that was set aside for you is and should still be there.

I would get a lawyer right now.
