there will be an option to unsubscribe the news letter
if there is not, then put a filter and move all the newsletters to trash.

Usually when you forget your password/user identity and you are in their webpage trying to change your subscription, and you keep getting a pop-up that your password is wrong there is usually a place where you can click that say, "Don't remember my password". Or something like that. And you just type in your emial and their server will send you your password that you used direct to your email address.

simply block the newsletter address in your hotmail and you will not receive the newsletter anymore.

below every e-newsletter there is provision for 'unsubscribe'. just click it. that's it.!
