Vague as it may sound... but I believe Sourav Ganguly can be a good coach along with someone like Wasim Akram as a bowling coach. But since he still is eyeing a place in the team as a player, I would go for IAN CHAPEL (One of the greatest thinkers of the game) or KAPIL DEV who is a fighter to the core and would not tolerate any complacency.
