I already have really bad anxiety attacks. And when I finally calmed down, I started spending more time to myself, relaxing, listning to music, etc. then this guy I've been dealing with for over 2 years off an on, he calls and says he's coming over. I had an anxiety attack out of nowhere!!! He started making fun of everything about me- (my weight, my interest etc.) And now I can't calm down! Do you think he's part of the reason for these attacks. Maybe its not him, maybe its subconscious.

You can't blame him for the attacks. YOU need to wonder WHY you continue to let him be in your life???

To balance your life you need to get in touch with what brings on the attacks and learn what to do to prevent them. And if you have a man in your life how verbally puts you down.....then that is huge. NO one should put up with that.

Hon, eliminate what you can from your life that causes you anxiety. There are some things that you can't iliminate and other things you can.
You need the wisdom to know the difference.

I woud definatly NOT be around anyone who puts you down.
You let him do it. WHY?

It definitely seems like a trigger. You should be seeing a therapist to help you deal with this type of thing.

Although its normal for someone who comes at you so obnoxiously to put you off, there is no reason you should have to put up with anxiety attacks.

You can fix that type of thing if you work at it with someone who is trained to help.

He's probably the cause of your attacks. Attack him and teach him a lesson for making your life miserable all this while. Make fun of his height, his appearance, his complexion, his hair, his breath. get even. give him your anxiety. share your attacks with him.
