Powerful figure of Iran.I don't like him but he was great islamic and politics leader.

The Imam is a very interesting figure. He controls a great deal of power over what must now be considered to be the preeminent power in the middle east. I would not want to mess with that guy. While he is very radical in his beliefs, I am amazed by the extent to which he is able to maintain the faith of his followers and enjoy total control over Iran.

As I've never met the man I wouldn't know, but I remember that when I was young I saw pictures of him. I felt that his eyes were cold and soulless, but Iranian friends told me he was the opposite.
