I'm not sure what you're asking. Your employers should have reported to the IRS the amount you were paid, and the amount withheld. You can check that by adding up your pay stubs, and matching it to your W-2. If they don't match, contact the employer - if you don't get satisfaction there, contact the IRS if they reported higher wages or less withholding than your pay stubs show.

As far as your tax refund, that would come from the IRS, not from your former employers. The employer forwards your withholding to the IRS on a regular schedule that depends on their size, but at least monthly.
