If your partner has certain inhibitions which she wants to overcome, let me suggest the following steps. You should know that one of the major obstacles to a mutually fulfilling sexual life is the feeling of being pressured and rushed.
The first step then is to slow down. Try gently massaging your partner. If you find her tense, help her to relax by caressing her slowly. Communicate your love and caring through touch. The more you do that the more she’ll be open to you.
If she feels ready, talk together about your desires and fantasies. Remember the most powerful sexual organ is the mind.
Read books and view videos together which can instruct you on how to add excitement to your sexual life. If you both agree, find a new sexual technique to experiment with. Again, don’t go too fast. Constantly check with your partner if she’s okay with what you’re doing.
It takes time and commitment to develop a satisfying sexual relationship. Hang in there and you’ll eventually succeed.

Try to be more adventurous. Whenever you have the opportunity, try to imagine new things you would like to experience with your partner. Try to overcome some of your/his inhibitions regarding things you may have considered, but been scared away from, but only if you know you can completely trust each other in any given situation. If trust is a major issue, you should seek counselling from a marriage counsellor, first priority, although some lines probably shouldn't be crossed if you already know that that activity is not for you (most women wouldn't want to share their man w/ another woman, but it works for us because we both want to and we both trust each other). Just tryto find things that are new and exciting without stepping too far from your comfort zone (at least not all at once).

I think you should know the real meaning of true love and it can give you the exitement to seek those things in your love life.

7. Love never keeps no record of wrongs.
8. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
9. Love is protective, always trust, always hopes,always perseveres.

Fun stuff to do for a couple.....
Here is a list of things that can spice up the love live:
1- Restraints: Start light....have limits...have fun!
2- Toys: Some guys do not like this, some girls do not like this....but the key word is experimentation.
3- Mystery dates: leave him/her little notes or messages telling him/her to meet you at local motel/hotel....
4- Make your own Adult movie.....not a la Paris Hilton, but something that you can watch before you delete.
5- Wigs and Contacts: My favorite! When My ex use to do this, it would drive me completly crazy.

Everyone has had some great ideas for you. I have to add to it. Try mixing some activities you like doing together with sex. Like camping, if you like it. Or go to a golf course and find a dark area...go to it! Sometimes maybe at a rest stop on your way to a destination. You might try some stuff in a store for adults. You just have to stay in your comfort zone. Or maybe right outside it! lol!

If there is true love then there is no need to put any excitement to ur love life.Exitement is there and will be there for ever.Just dont loose it.

I highly recommending visiting a couples store. Find a nice one in your area like a Priscilla's or similar store. They have all kinds of things that can be fun like games, toys, and lingerie.
Surprise him with some sexy lingerie. Or go in together and find things you would like to try out. Make a normally date out of it. Like once a month set aside some time and money to go spend on some new fun items to play with.
Personally the best things I have found on these little field trips are couples rings and rabbits....ask about them, you won't regret it.

Continue with the same old style and it becomes stale. Try variations and it becomes interesting once more. Try being adventurous and it becomes really exciting, even sizzling.
