Im a senior at high school. I received this letter that I have an appointed this thursday for scholarship interview. So does this mean that they send this to every student on campus or did they send it because they liked what I had down on teh resume like GPA extracurricular activities and all that stuff?

They sent it because they like you. They cannot send it to every student because they have limited resources, so they definitely think you deserve the scholarship. However, they probably also sent it to many other students, and they can only give so much scholarship money, so you should take this very seriously.

A scholarship interview is when the committee has already weeded out applications and has narrowed the resumes down to a small amount. So yes, they "like" you because only serious candidates are interviewed.
