I'm 34 (almost) weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound because I felt like the baby was on his side. Turns out I was right. My midwife suggested putting a coldpack on the top of my belly and a warm one on the bottom to encourage him to move his head toward the heat. She also suggested some exercises or positions I can do. I kind of have a visual grasp of what she is suggesting but does anyone know of any websites that show drawings of these positions? I'm a very visual person and I think that being able to see them should help.

I wish my nurse would have told me about those things, my doctors ended up turning my son (with their hands on my belly) I still think that was more painfull than childbirth, I first refused the epidural for it & then begged them to stop so I could get it...But it worked & I got my wish of a vaginal delivery...Good Luck

Breech births are not all that uncommon. My first son was born that way.

The doctors can sometimes turn the baby around, but it's usually not all that much of a problem if the baby isn't too large.

Sometimes if a difficult birth is expected the best approach is to simply go Ceasarian. That's not all that common, but it's one solution.

Good luck.

the toddler many times turns whilst they are waiting to come again into the worldwide. The Dr. can tell via the two an ultrasound, pushing on your tummy, or once you're arranged to grant beginning they'll examine you that way. you will by no potential be waiting to tell whilst the toddler transformations positions. in case you're courageous you could press precise approximately your No No (sorry coaching infants early) and sense for a small complicated around ball, in case you sense that then the toddler has flipped

I heard that sometimes doctors use a flash light to guide the baby back around. But you still have some time and the baby might turn himself around to where he needs to be.

I think that babies at the end will turn and make themselves out. Let nature do its job. If it has to turn it will turn. Breach babies are healthy babies. So i wouldn't worry. Hope this helps. God Bless.
