No. I don't believe there are any left. I think the Eskimo's used to be egalitarian but were exploited by the Canadians.
Australians will tell you, with great pride, that they are an egalitarian country, but that's bulldust. (They have a lot of strange ideas about themselves unfortunately) I don't know if the Aboriginals were egalitarian, surely they would have treated their children better if they were. I'm probably not supposed to say that, however true it is (or was)
It will be interesting to see if anyone manages to come up with a truly equal society. Unfortunately capitalism has crept (or bulldozed!) into everywhere.

Nope. But the Cree people came pretty close to it dating back prior to European contact. But even that was a matriarchal society, not egalitarian.
