Math or English??

Would you perfer a society where all high school kids struggle in English, but excel in Math or vice-versa?

both... but we cant live with out maths

Maths of course. In Maths there's no room for error. On the contrary, language is just a way of communication. Having a few grammar mistakes doesn't screw up the meaning of a sentence. And maths give us comfort with all the inventions around us. English is a very flexible language, so flexible that you can write a sentence and has 2 people interpret it differently. People often use confusing sentences in agreement, terms and condition, laws and deals. So I don't think English is good. Maths is definite, only right or wrong.

Excel in math and english will be improved automatically later in life with the exposure...

Struggling in English is still better than not knowing english...

both are important in a society because u cant live without maths{i hate maths} but still both english and maths are important in a society.

I would rather that people excel in math because to me, it is a useful and marketable tool. Whereas with english, as long as you speak it well enough to communicate with most Americans...you're good.
