It's all a matter of opinion. I personally think there are no losers, just people I like or don't. We can't all get along most times and loser is just a term alot of people use when they can't explain why they don't like someone.

Depends on if you mean the mainstream's idea of "loser" or the more logical idea of loser.
The mainstream calls anyone a loser that doesn't fit in or doesn't follow one of the more popular trends. Or one that tries and fails to follow a trend. Or maybe one that they perceive as unattractive.
Now for the more logical meaning of the word loser. A loser is dishonest, they may judge one by their appearence rather than talking to a person before passing judgement. Losers will also attempt to bring negativity into your life to make themselves feel better. Basically everyone you see on MTV is a loser... no exceptions.
Or you can take the literal path and just say a loser is one who doesn't win an event. Remember no one wins at life, we all eventually lose it. Guess that could technically make us all losers.

I don't think I would use the term loser for anyone. There are people who make bad choices over and over (like people who spend most of their time in jail or prison),.

well seeing has how there are so many degrees of loser the description usually goes as follows they dont have a JOB, AMBITION, MORALS, A SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY, THEY LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, and they try to make you feel like you need them when really the only thing they do is COST you pay with your time, self esteem, and sanity needless to say they are quite easy to spot
