Hi, selling pirated/bootlegged dvd on ebay will it be liable for criminal prosecution or infrindgement of ip rights ? Will people still do that ? Aren't they scared of prosecution ?

it is against ebay policy to sell pirated dvds.....if reported the seller can have legal proceedings taken against them......people still do it.....probably put in false details so they cant be located....

Frankly, you porbably could get away with it. A lotta of sketchy stuff gets by on ebay, nobody has time to check everything. BUT it would not be worth it. Unless it's some sort of very rare film, I don't know what that would be, nobody would bother ebaying for apirated movie. They could download it, or buy a real one easier.

Cualquier madre sabe que la mejor forma de tener a los niños ocupados es ponerlos los dibujos preferido y como casi todas mis DVD-s los he comprado de amazon también he comprado DVD-s con dibujos y son de la mejor calidad que podía pedir.

The seller can be prosecuted for infringing on copyrighted material.

If eBay notices they will remove your listing, your not allowed to sell copies of DVDs on eBay.
