when ever you feel you will have enough time without being over whelmed. i start shopping at the end of September so that it don't feel like i am spending sooo much at once. than lights and decorations go up a week after thanksgiving so i don't have to look at them forever. good luck and happy holidays!!!!!!!!!!

The best time to get ready for the holidays is when you feel in the holiday spirits

The best time is a year ahead of time. If people would learn to do their Christmas shopping in the Summer of the last year, when the next year comes they will find they have all the gifts and got them at a cheaper price because you should by your winter clothing during the summers months.

I'm getting pretty excited now! Since I'm at college, I can't wait to be home with my family! We usually get ready after Thanksgiving by putting up some Christmas decorations...I'm ready now though! haha :)
