The financial corporation has made a case that she replaced into fired for real looking reason. you could document a lawsuit (this is the u . s ., every person can document a lawsuit) yet you will have a tough time going everywhere with it. start up with the administrative technique. because of the fact the financial corporation claims she replaced into fired for reason, in my state she may well be ineligible for unemployment reward. document for them besides, and ask for an administrative listening to in the event that they're denied via her being fired. Administrative hearings are decrease key - you communicate to an administrative regulation choose, however the placing is extra like an place of work, no longer a courtroom room, and no criminal expert is needed. on the listening to she would be in a position to make her case that she replaced into doing her ultimate to stick to coverage in a life and dying difficulty, that she had to think of accountability for different workers and the operation of the branch even nonetheless she wasn't a supervisor because of the undesirable staffing possibilities of the financial corporation, and any loss of expertise on her area of the financial corporation's rules is the financial corporation's fault. the percentages are real looking that the choose will discover on your prefer and grant her unemployment reward; if so, you at the instant have an administrative regulation judgment that extra or much less says the financial corporation replaced into out of line in firing her. Take that to a criminal expert and ask them if there's a foundation for a case that they might handle a contingency foundation. If the respond isn't any then drop it - do no longer pay the criminal expert to circulate from now on, basically pursue it if it relatively is on a strict contingency foundation (criminal expert basically gets paid in case you win) basically.

Have you heard this " Do unto others as you would them do unto you" So stop cheating on your wife and then you may have the right to protect your investment. She at this time is maybe doing what you are doing and she is an equal partner with you so do not be selfish

You are funny! People here take everything way too seriously, like what is happening to you is happening to them as well. Would you want your wife to know that you cheat on her? Think about it this way, you are cheating on her, but love her and would never want to hurt her, maybe she is doing the same thing because while you are gone she is sad and lonely and needs some lovin'. Good luck with everything!!

If you are cheating on her, then I don't see why you would care. I guess you are one of those guys who think it is good for the goose, but not the gander. "Investment", is that how you see your marriage? Then why are you in it? Why don't you get out instead of running around and cheating on her. I think you may be putting your guilt on her, that is usually how it works. Course if she knows you are doing it, then she probably figures she can too. You are wrong.

You're cheating, she's cheating....forget the private eye and get a divorce already!
What's the point in the two of you being married? Drama?
Get out and get a real life.

I wonder about the comment.....I have to protect my investment.
What have you invested that you aren't willing to loose?
You have chose to put your marriage on the line by stepping out of the box with other women.
Maybe she's already had you followed???
sounds like the two of you need to sit down and find out the truth for one another....this isn't healthy for either one of you.
Communicate......maybe this will save you a lot of money and time.
best wishes

Don't worry, give her space the important is she is going back home not late this evening. It seems to me you're jealous, possessive and unsecure. I'm affraid you have no 100% trust to your wife. Today, you can't do what you want to controll all over your spouse strictly because we have equall rights, what women want to do in their desire, they can do it without our approval. So be flexible with your wife to save your marriage.
