The bumps are the the nerve endings that's why your nipples are so sensitive. Guys are the same way everyone has them some peoples are more pronounced than others.

I have them. Depending on what they look like, they could be anything from just regular nodules to exo-topic sweat glands. They could also be Montgomery Glands,
