So I just turned 18 and I have been getting only about $200 every other week since I was five years old and the only reason it was being paid on the regular is because it was taken straight out of the NY court system and was still getting it when we moved to GA. But now that he has moved here I have hardly gotten any any money and in Georgia child support stops when your 18. Is there any way I can make him go through NY court sytems are get any back pay because I know he should have been paying more . What do I do?

There was an order to pay support. If those monthly obligations went unmet--he still owes any unpaid monthly amounts to you/your mother. Call the agency where the order originated (NY?) and ask what is still due. If it is a NY order ask when the order actually ends--at age 18,19? 18 and graduated? It differs from state to state.

Your best bet is to consult a lawyer, but based on the facts you present my guess is that you are out of luck.
