I was in a bad relationship and one night I cold emailed a Russian girl because I liked her profile and needed someone sane to talk too. 5 years later were still talking when I ended my bad relationship. When I told her I wanted to see her she told me that she had had a boyfriend for a long time and did not want to see me. She had told me she was single.... Well long story short she did the e-mails of venom to the heart which put me out off work for a month crying feeling sorry for myself, but now I am up and running but I need help putting it behind me. Any ideas getting her out of my head?

aw im so sorry. I hope you can find someone way better. I met my bf online and we have been talking for 4 years. I really hope you get someone else and that will show you the love you deserve. That girl obviously wasn't meant to be for you or to be your soul mate. And if she lied to you that long its best you never speak to her again because then your feelings will stay there. Good luck finding someone new, start getting out more instead of being online thats probably how you will meet a new person and feel better.

start living you're life. She's is a heartless person that doesn't deserve a person like you go find that someone you've been waiting for and just live ur life i wish you the best of luck :)

Exercise would help. Lay off dating for a bit. Maybe a recreational activity.

Occupy your head with other stuff. Excercise, get another hobby, try dating though it might be hard at first. take a class at the local community college.

If she lied about not having a b/f then there is no telling what else she may have lied about. Delete her out of your life and go on.
