Why take all the trouble?. Just do it by correspondence.

Osmania University, Hyderabad in is one of the top ranked universites in India. Check if its there.

Other wise you may consider Madurai Kamraj University, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Sagar University, Barkatullah University, Annamalai University or Chennai University, JNU, Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Hamdard; all these are very very very good, but you will have to move out of AP.
